I dedicate Chef Hat - Culinary Education and Training LLC to my brother who coincidently became a cook during the exact time as I, and before his transition; we both stood (17yrs) in the field and grew into professional culinary chefs.

In our unplanned journey as cooks, we finally had the opportunity to work alongside each other as we took part in the opening of the then newly established Ballpark Village - Budweiser Brewhouse in 2014.
